I do love a shirt dress, tailored without being too smart, casual but still chic. I wear them a lot as they can work for many a different occasion. The key to wearing a shirt dress correctly is buttoning them up if they are a tailored style, for example this gorgeous one from Mango, or leaving them unbuttoned if they are a boyfriend style like above (also I would size up in the boyfriend style to keep it casual). I have just ordered the one above as I think it is fabulous. I will wear this on holiday for a day on the beach in a similar way to how I’ve styled it here or for an evening dinner with a pair of espadrilles like these from Dorothy Perkins (I bought some bargain ones in Spain last year). I like that the length isn’t too short, so I could get away with it on the school run. I also love this bargain one and this longer length one from Mango, this one (keep it buttoned up), this one (someone had this one on at work the other day and it looks gorgeous) from Topshop. This one is beautiful on, I love this one, this one, this one in the sale and how beautiful is this one?
