I thought I’d write about a day to night holiday look, as it is often the case that there is not a lot of time in between to get ready for a big night out. These are all simple pieces that will carry you through and yet you will still look glamorous. I love a stripe swimsuit, so chic, so French, so classic. I also love a black bikini, everyone needs to own one! This one is just beautiful and is very like this more expensive one. I’m also loving this swimming costume by Speedo, super slimming and a fabulous colour, and this beautiful one (in the sale) again by Speedo. It’s worth paying a bit more for swimwear as you definitely get what you pay for. How magnificent is this Marks and Spencer’s one, love the neckline or this leopard print one again by Marks and Spencer’s and there is a fuller lady version here.

Trust me on this dress, it’s so gorgeous, honestly, you can wear it with no belt for the beach in the day and then fasten the belt around and dress it up for tea and cocktails. So versatile. I also think this dress would be fabulous for day to night from Next and this Johnnie B one which is a bargain in the sale. The bracelet will give it that cool edge and you just can’t beat Ray Bans. Other sunglasses I’m loving though, and much cheaper (my kids seem to wreck all my decent ones) are these from ASOS, Topshop have these fabulous cat eye ones, and finally these fabulous patterned LeSpecs ones.
