gift ideas for the kids…

IMG_3438

Over the last couple of weeks I have had lots of emails asking for my gift ideas for the kids. What I have included have all either been huge hits with my two or are on their lists for this year. It’s kind of a mix bag of toddler toys up to tween accessories. I may keep adding as I remember other bits and bobs.

Some other gift ideas include this Go Pro, which we have ordered for both Daisy and Bobby. Daisy had one for a couple of years but lost it on holiday this year. She was devastated. She has had hours of fun making under water videos, taping her and her friends dancing and even making little you tube videos. She has attached it to her helmet or bike when she has been out and about. It really is a great gift, especially if you are not ready for them to have a phone.

Bobby wanted a CD player in his room, so after much research we have ordered this one. A reasonable price, looks good, with lots of good reviews on all the sites we have checked.

Daisy has really gotten into listening to books and music on her phone and has been borrowing her dad’s headphones, she has asked for a cool pair and we have ordered these. Again fab reviews and I think a good price. They come in lots of different colour ways so would be perfect for both genders.

I’m sharing this one as it’s such a hit with Daisy. Who would have thought a candy floss maker would make my edit, but every party we have, when friends come over for dinner, Daisy gets out this beaut and they all have good fun.

Now even I want these. Slippers that you can heat up and that stay warm for up to 3 hours. I mean come on. You just warm them up in the microwave and you’re good to go.

We are big jigsaw fans in our house and I think this 250 piece David Walliams one is perfect, especially if you have little people that are fans of the books.

This one is for the younger age group. Daisy and Bobby had one of these theatres when they were little and had hours of fun coming up with plays, (not so fun for daddy and I who had to sit through them, they would even be restarted if they made a mistake or we spoke).  As always I love wooden versions of anything and this one is so good.

I’m adding this as Daisy loves to have her own little beauty items these days and I just think this Body Shop set is so cute. Ooh and there is 30% off it at the minute.

Father Christmas brought Bobby this projector last year, it’s so good and he can watch movies and play games on it. He puts it on the white wall in his bedroom and makes a den.  It gives a really good image and supports every type of media.
