Brio has been a huge favourite in our house for quite a few years now and the helicopter set above Bobby will still go back to over and over again. It comes complete with nuts, bolts and tools, which Bobby loves! They are not cheap, which I think shows how good they are and they seem to sell out pretty quickly. The above set comes with instructions and is quite structured, however Bob also has this set BRIO Builder Construction Set
